The maiden Inter-House Quiz “Brain Battle” was conducted in school, featuring engaging rounds on History, Geography, Current Affairs, and General Knowledge. Students from all four houses participated with enthusiasm and competitive spirit. Yellow House emerged as the winner, demonstrating commendable teamwork and presence of mind. The event proved to be an enriching learning experience, fostering curiosity and a deeper appreciation for Social Science. |  COASTAL CLEANLINESS DRIVE
Our students enthusiastically participated in the Coastal Cleanliness Drive under the theme “Clean and Pollution-Free Beaches.” With great zeal, our students joined hands with volunteers to clean the beach, collect litter, and promote eco-friendly practices. Holy Cross High School observed the Swachhata Hi Sewa (SHS) Campaign under the initiative “Ek Din, Ek Ghanta, Ek Sath” on 1st October 2025. Students and teachers actively participated in a one-hour cleanliness drive within the campus and nearby areas, spreading awareness on hygiene and responsibility. The campaign highlighted the importance of collective action in building a cleaner and healthier nation. |

An Agriculture Exhibition was held at Holy Cross High School, Siolim on 20th August 2025 by the Agriculture students (N.S.Q.F.) of Std. IX and X. It featured wild and monsoon vegetables, ornamental and medicinal plants, seeds, and agricultural tools. Students also sold Kokedamas and Hibiscus plants. A video on Wild and Monsoon Vegetables of Goa by Dr. Anna George was screened. The Logistics students of Std IX and X visited ISEAF’s Keerti Vidyalaya Technical Institute to explore vocational courses and skill-based career opportunities. The visit offered valuable exposure to fields like nursing, fashion design, mechanics, and more. It was an inspiring experience that highlighted the importance of practical skills in today's job market. |

A house-wise Elocution Competition in Konkani, Marathi, and Hindi was held at Holy Cross High School, Siolim, on the theme “Different Occupations.” Students from all four houses showcased their speaking skills while highlighting the value of various professions.

 ROAD SAFETY AWARENESS - 11TH OCTOBER 2024
Organized as part of the 'Road Safety week' by the Directorate of Transport, Government of Goa, the session was conducted by Sub- Inspectors of Police Bashir Mulla and Pandurang Sangelkar. They discussed the statistics of various types of road accidents in Goa and explained the reasons that lead to these accidents. They also urged the audience to come to the help of road accident victims. |  DECLAMATION COMPETITION - 19TH OCTOBER 2024
The students of Class 8 displayed their oratory talent by declaiming speeches of great orators, writers and motivators. It was a treat to hear the participants delivering their speeches, dressed as the original speaker. The Red House members Ms. Jasiel D’Souza & Mstr. Aydan Noronha emerged winners. Our school successfully conducted a campus cleanliness drive as part of the 'Swachh Bharat Abhiyan' initiative on the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti. The drive aimed at promoting cleanliness, hygiene, and environmental consciousness among students. It involved students from all grades, along with teaching and non-teaching staff. The drive fostered teamwork, leadership, and social responsibility among the students. |

On 26th January 2019, Tr. Eufemia Fernandes and Tr.
